We offer our building services through various means, including one-off and via contracts and subcontracts. We mainly serve the domestic market in Cumbria but are willing to consider commercial and industrial projects and travel beyond Cumbria for the right job.

Plastering - If your house has interior or exterior plaster that looks tired, we can apply plaster to the surface, leaving you with a fresh canvas for your decorating efforts leaving all of your plastering requirements covered.

Damp proofing - While any property can be vulnerable to damp issues, like rising damp, penetrating damp, dry rot and wet rot, you can reduce the chances of these problems arising when you opt for our damp proofing services. We know how to prevent damp from entering through walls or floors. Damp proofing works can tackle issues such as rising damp, penetrating damp and condensation which can harshly affect the integrity of homes.

Rendering - If your property's exterior currently has a bare brick, concrete or stone surface which you consider unsightly, we can cover that surface with rendering. In doing so, we apply multiple coats to reduce the likelihood of surface cracks forming.

Tanking systems - We offer either the Sovereign Hey-Di K11 tanking or a Membrane system for cellar tanking.

General home improvements - We can provide a vast range of general home improvements, including decking, block paving, garden landscaping, security systems and replacement windows and doors. You can also task us with renovating or extending buildings or converting lofts and barns.

Timber treatment - We offer services to deal with wood boring beetle (woodworm) and dry and wet rot, which are a type of fungus which can decay wood in buildings.
